This notice explains what we collect when you request a seat or contact us, and how we use it.

In short: we collect only what you enter in our forms, use it to reply to you and organize our courses, and never sell it. Please don't include confidential or sensitive information in free-text fields.

Information we collect

When you request a seat or contact us we store the details you provide: name, email, phone or WhatsApp number (optional), country, industry, role, organization, AI experience, preferred schedule, goals or message, and the course you chose. We also record basic source information such as the page you came from or campaign tags in the link, so we know which channels help people find us.

How we use it

We use this information to respond to you, confirm cohorts and fees, send joining instructions, and improve our courses. The details are saved in our database and a copy is emailed to the Pragyora team. We use an email delivery provider (Resend) and a database provider (Neon) to do this, and they process the data on our behalf.

Cookies and analytics

We do not use advertising trackers. The site stores your light/dark theme choice and a short-lived record of how you arrived, both in your own browser. Our hosting provider may process standard technical information such as IP addresses and request logs to operate and protect the website.

Students and minors

Some courses are suitable for students. If you are under 18, please ask a parent or guardian to submit a seat request on your behalf.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the information you submitted at any time through the contact page. We keep inquiry records only as long as needed to respond and run our courses.
